Refund Policy

Free kit orders. The TintWhite V34 kit is provided at no charge; shipping & handling is non-refundable once the order has shipped. If your kit arrives damaged or never arrives, we'll send a replacement at no cost (see Shipping Policy).

Paid products (Extra Kit and future items). 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, email support@tintwhite.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are not refunded. We may ask you to return unused strips; if so we'll provide a prepaid label.

Chargebacks. Please contact us first — we resolve nearly every issue within one business day.

Exceptions. Refunds are not available for orders more than 30 days past delivery or for products purchased through third-party retailers.
