Shipping Policy

Free Kit + Shipping offer. Your TintWhite V34 kit is free; you pay only the shipping & handling shown at checkout. Shipping charges cover postage, packaging and processing and are non-refundable once your order has shipped.

Processing. Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays).

Delivery. US orders arrive in 3–7 business days via USPS. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or damaged. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your kit arrives damaged, email support@tintwhite.com within 14 days of the ship date and we'll replace it.

Address errors. Double-check your address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped for the standard shipping charge.
